Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy outlined below.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. After which our suppliers will be handling all RMA cases.
- All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging including all accessories and manuals.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product, including insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Warranty covers DOAs (Damage on Arrival) and manufacturing defects only. Any products that have been damaged, altered, or modified after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- In the event that the product is found to be defective or non-conforming, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our criteria or fail to comply with our terms and conditions.
- Our return policy does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
